Inch By Inch Inspections, Asbestos And Mold Detection And Removal

I contacted Inch by Inch for some asbestos I found in the basement. Tony called me back that day and was very helpful. Speaking with him on the phone I could tell he's not only interested in doing his work but in trying to do what is best for his customers as well. He then provided a quote for the job later that evening.
We didn't end up using his service as we decided to take our home reno in a different direction. But if we ever are in need of any of the services he provides we will surely contact him first.

Tony was great in doing the inspection and solving the issues i had concerning with this problem.
Tony came to my home very quickly and his knowledge about the mold
was very professional and affordable.

The mortar between the stones in the front façade seems damp in certain places around the front window. It doesn't dry after a few days. Tony came to inspect interior and exterior walls for dampness. Tony had the right modern equipment to check. We were very satisfied with his method and was very knowledgeable.

Joe took air quality samples and did a visual inspection of our home - not only identifying mould but also identifying the cause, and uncovering an additional water leak. Required analysis of old vinyl flooring to determine if there was asbestos in the product. The same day, I called Tony and he visited our house, took a sample and forwarded for testing. As promised, I received the results (and a certificate) within 4 days (and fortunately, no asbestos). Great service! Joe in Burlington.

The communication with Tony was very easy. We had to reschedule once because the guy coming out ended up in the hospital. So that was nobody’s fault and hopefully the guy is okay. We were given a couple days notice which was nice and we had no trouble rebooking again very fast. Tony sent Joe to our house and he took three samples from the popcorn ceiling in each room. Our home was built in 1956 so we needed the popcorn ceiling checked before we install potlights for example. It adds up fast, but this company was the most reasonable after I researched a bunch. We should have the results within a week.

Tony reached out within a day of my request for help. He listened well and understood my ask.

He arranged for Joe and a senior inspector to pass by that very evening. They were excellent, decent and professional gentlemen. Both reassured my wife and I that spending any significant money on our home for mold inspections wasn't needed. You don't run across such honest professionals very often.

I will be using Inch By Inch Inspections in the future for a thorough home inspection, which I do need. I recommend them without any reservations.
