I needed carpets in my basement cleaned urgently. This company was able to meet my timeline. Dave and his partner arrived right on time as promised. They were friendly, polite and most importantly did an awesome job. After cleaning, the carpets looked and smelled amazing. I had a different company clean them 2 years earlier, but the cleaning Reliable did was far superior. I didn't know they could look so clean! Thank you so much. I contacted Inch by Inch for some asbestos I found in the basement. Tony called me back that day and was very helpful. Speaking with him on the phone I could tell he's not only interested in doing his work but in trying to do what is best for his customers as well. He then provided a quote for the job later that evening. We didn't end up using his service as we decided to take our home reno in a different direction. But if we ever are in need of any of the services he provides we will surely contact him first. Thank you Tony!
