The Customer Service Staff informed me every step of the way where my window was. I was also given a choice to install on short notice due to a cancellation. We recently had three basement windows replaced in our home.
Although we had a drastic drop in the outside temperature, the workers were able to remove and replace each of the windows with little delay. The cold did not seem to affect the team as they took the time needed to ensure that the new install fit, was plumb and level. Having personally installed many windows myself, I was very impressed with their professionalism and attention to detail. They did an awesome job from start through to the work site cleanup.
