Hello there. Thank you very much for your feedback. Sealed units are covered for a lifetime warranty (25 years) against a sealed unit failure (moisture between the glass panes) and for 1 year against pressure cracks. This is a standard warranty in the industry. Unfortunately we can not provide the replacement free of charge since the window in question was installed over a year ago. We are sorry for the inconveniences it may have caused you.
