I'll start with the cons, just because they're obvious and minor:
_Crew showed up an hour and a half past the latest start time for my appointment;
_Informed me as I was leaving to get my wife+kid that the lock I had purchased didn't fit the door.
Now onto the important parts:
Pros:
_They were professional;
_They were FAST - oh my God they were fast;
_They were clean - I wasn't able to cover up everything in my sunroom, but you wouldn't guess that I had 6 windows and a door replaced. SPOTLESS
_The job looks amazing. The crew really took the time and care to make sure everything was properly sealed and caulked, cleanly with no trailing bits.
I'll be calling Ecoline for any future renovations I need, without question.
