Upgrading windows in condominium complex
Our 12 unit condo complex in Twin Brooks selected Ecoline to replace our windows with new energy efficient models. Their sales rep did an excellent job profiling their product and the installation process to our owners. We wanted window insertion versus full frame replacement. The installers were professional and diligent, demonstrating a strong attention to detail and cleaning up after their work was completed. We did have some challenges communicating with the administrative staff to confirm the installation schedule for our complex. We did work this out but it is difficult to reach specific office staff due to their centralized call centre. We did work this out, but it took some effort. We had some concerns about some installation details at two of the 12 units but these were addressed promptly by their chief installer and a plan to resolve our concerns has been developed.
