An assisted review is collected by a contractor on behalf of the homeowner after their work is completed. The homeowner must confirm the text of the review and may make any changes she or he deems appropriate. The homeowner then assigns the contractor a review score out of 10. Assisted reviews receive the same scrutiny as other reviews and must follow our review guidelines.
I was very happy with Done Right Roofing and the service I received.
Particularly because I have such an unpredictable work schedule and was unable to meet with anyone from the company in person, the efforts that everyone took to correspond by email, phone and to work around my schedule as much as possible was greatly appreciated. My inability to schedule a day to meet with Chase, the estimator (my fault - not Done Right's) to go over the different options in person, could have posed problems for me, but he managed to convey everything that I needed to understand in a phone conversation after hours.
Stephanie was likewise very friendly and helpful in helping me to choose a shingle style and colour that would go well with my trim when I couldn't view them in person, and in finding payment options that I could make in the event that I would be out of town when the work was completed. Everyone was always very prompt about returning my messages and answering my questions, and they managed to delivery the shingles on the day expected and complete the installation within a day of the date initially estimated, in spite of all the rain that we've had this month. There were no hidden costs and everything was cleaned up so that I would not have even realized that anyone had been there except that I now have a roof that no longer looks like it is about to blow off the house :)
