We needed a repair around the chimney. We had hired another company previously and later as the snow hit, found the repair was useless. I went up and had a closer look and saw the mess that had been made with silicone. Attempts to have the company return and repair their work were fruitless.
Antoine with Done Right came to have a look. After his inspection he showed us pictures of the previous work and how it was ineffective as the problem was with another area. Antoine thoroughly explained what work needed to be done, provided a timeline and a cost estimate. He returned do so the work even sooner than estimated.
