I think for the extra I paid I don't think the job was any better then my neighbours who had theirs done for 1/3 less. They were quite messy and had to return to fix a sloppy silicone job. I would personally go with the less expensive guy as these guys prob all work the same anyways. His looks just as good if not better then mine. So make sure you shop around.
The guys were very nice and polite but pretty messy. They didn't bother to clean my top floor balcony which had tons of shingles and paper left on it. I cleaned that up myself after they left. I also cleaned both of my neighbours yards for them as they left without doing that either. I also ended up picking up at least 45 screws over the next week after they left. Thank God none ended up in my tires.
My advice would be to save your money and go with the cheaper guy. They just don't go above and beyond to warrant the extra money they charge.

We are really sorry that you feel this way about your experience. We are always wishing the best for our clients and feel that we go above and beyond. Sometimes mistakes happen, however, we are always ready and willing to work with the homeowner to rectify the situation. If we had known that there was a mess left behind we certainly would have sent our crew back immediately attend to that. We feel that it is unfortunate that you don't see the same value that our other clients see. We do offer protections that most other roofing companies do not, along with a 15-year warranty. Some of the measures such as upgraded underlayment, flashing and replacing the cap and collar of b-vents are expensive, but will protect your roof better in the long run. We truly do feel that you get what you pay for in roofing. Once again, we do apologize that you are not feeling 100% satisfied. I hope that if anything else comes up, which we do not expect to happen, that you will let us know as we are always ready to assist.
