Arrive at all appointments on time.
Roofing staffs came in at 8:00am, they were done by 12:00pm. Things were done properly and professionally. When I saw my neighbors' roofing project dragged on for days, I felt sorry for them. I had a question about the job, it was answered promptly by the office staff followed up the field staff. They finished the job and you can still find them. Highly recommended.
