Cleanopolis No Longer In Business

I was disappointed in the service I received from Cleanopolis. I would say they did a fairly average job - not terrible, but not great. What disappointed me the most was that I had brand new carpets laid less than a week before. They were spotless when the cleaners arrived, but after they left I found a large, grey stain on the basement carpet and some smaller stains on the stairs leading to the basement. When I contacted Cleanopolis afterwards about them, they denied that the cleaners had made the stains. But there's absolutely no doubt that they did. I wouldn't recommend them.

I had a last minute need to have our office cleaned and called Cleanopolis to get the job done. The call was placed that morning, and they arrived that afternoon. I just wanted to say thanks for sending a crew out on such short notice - they did a great job!

I don't like giving perfect scores (I'm a teacher, and there's always room for improvement!), but there's really nothing to mark them down on. Even their spelling is excellent!

We have used a number of cleaning services in the different cities we have lived, and none have been as good as Cleanopolis. The staff at every level is friendly and helpful, and it must be a company policy to do excellent, thorough, careful work. I first booked them nearly a year ago, and the best recommendation I can give is that my wife has never been happier with the cleanliness of our home, and we're neat people to start with! Thanks to everyone at Cleanopolis for their service.

Cleanopolis did a very nice job cleaning my house. Good job cleaning the kitchen, all floors and bathrooms.
Friendly service and great follow up after the job was complete.
The use of eco-friendly products is a nice touch for people with kids or pets.

We were looking for a company to clean my parents' home. My parents were apprehensive at first; however, when they met Melissa's team and saw the results, they were extremely pleased. Staff are efficient, thorough and wonderfully courteous and accommodating. Melissa and her staff take their business very seriously and follow-up with us regularly to ensure we are satisfied with the services.

Very professional. Cleaning staff was open to being flexible and did not mind constructive criticism. They seek to please. I would recommend to anyone. The staff is also well supervised and on-line invoices make it easy to budget and plan.

I think the best way to describe the excellent service provided by Cleanopolis is absolute professionalism and the ability to be flexible. On more than one occasion I have requested them to come to my home on a non scheduled time slot and they always have been able to accommodate me. This stands out to me as a company that respects their client’s busy schedules and honors their wishes.

Also it doesn’t hurt that they do an excellent thorough job cleaning my home in a very efficient time frame.

I highly recommend cleanopolis for anyone looking for this type of service as thier rates are reasonable and you will always be thankful of thier service.
