Can Do Fence & Deck

Once my neighbor and i decided the exact fence we wanted we wanted to get 3 estimates. The first 2 estimates i received were close in price. My brother in law who is a large contractor told me to call Can do so i did and i submited the style of fence and length via email, well there estimate with tax was over $600.00 cheaper for only 100' of fence. When I met the sales person i was convinced we made the right choice and they delivered in every way. Trees and gardens are well established making our job difficult, however they did a beautiul job with minimal damage to grass and perenials. Alon the owner and Jo Anne in the office respond to questions and concerns quickly and the employee's are friendly and professional. I really can't say enough and to save all that money on top.

We are extremely pleased with our fence for a number of reasons:

1) The quick response from the company after we submitted an inquiry email.
2) Alon (the sales manager) was very professional, knowledgeable, accommodating and not to mention accessible (just an email or phone call away). Alon was instrumental in getting our fences built as he took the necessary time to meet with individual neighbours to address their concerns.
4) Can Do actually completed our fences within 4 days and it was weeks ahead of the agreed upon timeline.
5) The install crew were quick, efficient, and not to mention very neat.
6) They are competitively priced and well worth the cost.

We booked with Can Do Fence & Deck after researching a number of other companies. They had done a lot of work in our neighbourhood and had fair pricing. In addition, they offered a variety of payment plans and design options. From the initial quote meeting the company presented themselves in a friendly yet professional manner. We met with Alon who thoroughly explained the process to the group and answered all of our questions. Our meeting with him left us confident that they would be right for the job. Most of us had grading issues that caused a delay but Alon was accommodating and knowledgeable prior to and during booking. Alon always responded to email questions/concerns promptly and the crew did an excellent job building our fence (completed earlier than guarantee date)! We highly recommend Can Do Fence & Deck; from the initial quote meeting to when the crew is leaving you will not be disappointed!!!

Our neighbours got together last year to decide on a fencing contractor. We are glad that we have chosen Cando Fence & Deck to complete the fencing in our neighbourhood. Alon (sales manager) did an excellent job explaining the procedure. The crew is just completing our fence this week and the quality of the fence and their workmanship was excellent. I am strongly recommending this company to anybody who is in the process of building a fence or deck in the near future.

We used Can Do to replace our fence that had been demolished by strong wind a couple years back. We phoned around to see if there was any fence & deck company who could also replace our 6 x 6 post on our other fence. We did not want to replace the whole fence, as it was only the one post that was bad. Luckily, Can Do can do the job., while others would not So, we were very pleased. with Can Do

I just had Can Do also finish my deck. They did a great job on my fence so I was confident to go with them again. If you shop around for quotes you will likely not find more competitive prices. Alon provided great advice on the deck design and I am really pleased with the end result. They came one day to drill and install the supports and returned a few days later to construct the deck. They actually finished a couple of weeks ahead of the expected schedule. I also wanted to add that Joanne at head office was a pleasure to deal with. She returned my calls quickly and addressed all my questions. I would definitely use their services again and will refer them to others.

CAN DO did a good job building my fence. The sales manager, Alon, was pleasant to deal with and made the process simple and convenient. The fence was built within the timeframe promised and I am happy with the quality of the work. Their prices were very competitive. I would refer them to others.

The decision to hire Can Do for our deck was easy after meeting Steve who provided us with a detailed design and oversaw the entire project. We had other quotes but Steve was very professional in that he was on time for his estimate and really just gave us full confidence in his companies ability to get our job done to our expectations. The price was very competitive and he was always available to take my call if i had any questions. Another aspect we liked in dealing with Can Do was they required no deposit we paid in full once the job was complete. Thanks again to Steve and his great crew for building our dream deck.

I found out about CAN DO through a recommendation from a neighbour who had some fences put in by them. We meet with Alon, the Sales Manager, and found that he provided very detailedinformation, a wide selection of options, and good pricing. Subsequently, we havefound that the work was performed on time and the fence was really well done. Overall,I was very impressed with the service we received.

Currently we are thinking about expanding our deck. I have contactedseveral different contractors and found Alon’s offer to be the most attractive.He provided a lot of information on different options along with very competitive pricing. My wife and I have decided to go with CAN DO for our deck and have no doubts that the jobwill be done on time and with excellent quality. I will gladly recommend this contractor to my friends and family.

Great salesman: Alon. Once fence was up and they had my money the service level turned for the worse. It took three months and over 15 emails to get a repair man to fix some boards as well it took even longer for them to award me my airmiles. The service level recieved for the amount of money I paid is inexusable. The staff in the office take forever to reply to emails (JoAnne and Sherri) and are extremely rude. I would never recommend this comany to anyone.

The fence is nice but I would have rather gone with a better established company. Seems like they run out of a car or something - all staff use a gmail email address too.

There were many complaints from my neighbours as well and I would urge you to stay away from this company.

Can do fence and Deck is the company I will recommand to people who is looking for the job. On June 2011, our neighbourhood contacted Alon-Manager. they came to do the estimate, after we agreed the pricing, they started the work right away. the team was doing a very good job.
our fence are beautiful and good workmanship. reasonable price, I will recommand to all my friends.
They are only use less a week to finish the job. it gives us a great privacy after fencing.
