The diagnosis of the problem was made very quickly by Jason, and he proceeded to locate the necessary parts and replace the faulty ones in a very short time. There were no extra charges, just parts and labor. I highly recommend this service.

The guys came on time and did a great job. They charged what they quoted and even delivered a larger water heater, for the same price. Everything is working great and I can have scalding hot showers for the first time in years.

Our tank broke on Friday. We contacted this company that day and they were able to schedule us for next morning with no additional costs (emergency charges). The price we paid was the price they quoted. Very efficient, took the old one away and left no mess behind. Very courteous, friendly and professional. We will be using this company in the future and do recommend them.

Grahame and Chan installed the water heater in about an hour and their work was first rate. They clearly know what they're doing as the installation went seamlessly and without a hitch.

Urban piping did a descale and flush on my instant hot water system. They showed up on time. They were extremely professional and curtious. And when they were done the system worked like new. I am truly impressed with this company and its employees.
