Graham replaced both of our hot water tanks, was fast, courteous, and thorough. Price was exactly as quoted (800 per 40 gal tank, installed), and our initial discussion about what type of system was best for our situation confirmed what I had already researched. He had to pick up parts to bring our gas connection up to code, and did so at no additional cost. He also took the time to walk me through what he had done, and how the tanks operate.
