The team at Pritchards Climate Care are great ... from Roberto who runs the day-to-day, to Tanya in the office, to Nathan and Brian the service techs. We have been with Pritchards for the past 4 years and very happy. They installed a new boiler and have been available for warranty service when a manufacturer part failed. They pushed the supplier to get the part in a timely manner and ensured the part was installed and the machine was working in time for the weekend. First thing Monday morning they called to make sure we didn't have any issues. I am very pleased with the level of care and professionalism from the entire team.

They have serviced our furnace and gas fireplace for the last 5 years. They have called with reminders about servicing when we have forgotten. Anita in the office is always friendly and cheerful. We recently had a service and the serviceman Jon was very efficient and friendly. It was a pleasure dealing with him.

Pritchard Mechanical comes to my house to serviced my furnace on a regular basis. They call ahead and set you up for an appointment in advance of your service call. The pricing was right for year long contract and timing of appointment was accurate. I would recommend this company to everyone. They install a humidifier on my furnace in the crawl space. not an easy task, and replace a vent motor. Service and office personal are excellent.

Pritchard's are the only people I would trust to care for our furnace and air conditioning. They are honest and knowledgable and care for their customers. Thanks to Pritchard's Climatecare, our $70,000 investment in HVAC is now working perfectly. For the past 5 years now, Pritchard's Climatecare has made sure our HVAC is running perfectly 365 days a year, 24 hours a day. No hot or cold zones, just perfect climate in a 5500 sq ft building covering 4 floors. Pritchard's Climatecare is the "Holmes on HVAC". They are fast, of high integrity and are very competitively priced. they are in our eyes, the gold standard all HVAC companies should strive for.

I had been a customer for 20 years and had both my air conditioner and furnace serviced annually. My air conditioner was in excellent working condition and had never given me any problems. It was serviced in October and the technician broke off the service valve thus rendering it useless. I was told that it was not repairable. My first phone call to the office to follow up was not returned and it wasn't until a second call that I spoke with a supervisor. He was very rude and did not offer me a solution to my problem. I was not given an apology or a deal on a new air conditioner. I will not be using Pritchard Mechanical again, and I have told this story to all of my neighbours.
