We moved from a city home that had shutters to a suburban home that did not, so we knew from experience that we wanted the entire house done for design impact and functionality. We found out about M3 through word of mouth and right away, the customer service was impressive. Mike was flexible enough to be scheduled during one of our pre-close visits to the new property and got back to us within a day with a quote. He worked fast and was extremely attentive and subsequently, he had the shutters installed on our move-in day. The product is fantastic and there is no waiting 8-10 weeks for delivery and installation. Mike is professional and passionate about making sure his customers are thrilled.
