Very fast and efficient service, service was done in a professional manner and timely. I was satisfied with the results and so far the repair has worked perfectly for me.

Came on time as asked no waste of time , worked explained his work showed what is the problem fixed quickly and the price was fair

He was wonderful. He fixed my dishwasher and dryer, and even came out on the day of an ice storm. He was quick, reasonable and very neat. Ten out of Ten.

Phoned Gary on a Sunday morning and was at my house same day, his estimated over the phone price was reasonable and did not change when he finished the job. Man of his word and provided quality knowledgeable service.

Have known Gary for many years, my Dryer was blowing cold air. Called Gary and showed up same day, took time to check and clean dryer in detail, fixed it and worked like a charm. Cost was very reasonable. Always reliable.

He was not sure what he was doing. Ended up repairing nothing and took 90 dollars for 'service'. Told me it was not his fault. Worst service ever. Please try to avoid this 'service'.

Gary is honest, reasonably priced and has extensive years of experience.
I see some dissatisfied customers. It is hard to know all the products on the market, however, for us we have no hesitation going to Gary first.

Gary has been doing work for my home, for the last couple years and has always delivered on what he has promised to do, and on time. He's a pleasure to deal with as well, which makes it easier!

I would never recommend Gary to anyone. As another reviewer pointed out, he is completely incompetent and has no idea what he is doing... Do not call this company unless you want to pay for a false diagnosis and/or treatment of your appliance problem... I called Gary over to fix a problem with my fridge which has caused everything in my fridge to freeze ... Gary came to my house and said that a switch to cover a vent in my fridge wasn't working properly. He taped a section of my fridge with some metal tape, charged me $100 cash for his services, and said if the problem continued to call him back... A week later, my fridge is still freezing everything....He came back about a week after first coming here, used his power tools behind my fridge, and now said the problem is my fridge's 'compressor' (So its not the vent switch after all thats the problem?!)... My fridge is now in worse condition than it was prior to Gary coming here since now my fridge continues making a grinding sound which never happened prior to him coming... He even refused to give me his business card (for reasons unexplained). Highly unprofessional. I would not recommend this person to anyone.

Gary is a nice guy, charges reasonable prices, but I'm not sure he is competent in what he's doing. I used his services 3 times and it was mixed experience. He fixed a fridge door, could not fix a microwave with grill (but that one was probably unfixable). Third problem was with a dishwasher few months ago - dishes dirty after washing. Gary came in, took it apart, cleaned it with toothbrush and charged about $100. Well, it worked for a week but then it broke again. With the help of youtube and internet guides, i took it apart myself and found that chopper assembly part has broken (chopper grinds the food into small particles) so food was always clogging the drain. I ordered the new chopper from PartSource, put it in, everything worked perfectly ever since. I would expect an experienced appliance repair man to diagnose this kind of problem, not just charge $100 for useless cleaning.
