We knew of an existing small leak in an unfinished part of our basement, but after some heavy storms in August, new leaks appeared. We contacted three companies all well rated with homestars. Mario was timely, professional and very knowledgeable. While all three companies were in a similiar price range, we choose MMT largely based on Mario's approach; not a heavy handed "salesman , and spent the time to fully answer all questions and was honest in comparing his service to others.
The work on the north foundation of the house had to be done by hand, and was done with care. We also had a sump pump installed. We have had several storms this fall and our basement remains dry. MMT provides a warranty for the work, not only for us (as the current owner) but is transferable should we decide to sell our home. This shows a company that stands by their work.
