We had found some mold in our basement when we purchased our house, and some water was leaking into the basement. After remediating the mold, I called 6 different waterproofing companies, and not only was Mario's quote the best quote between them, it was 3 times less than the highest quote.
Mario patiently answered all of my questions (and I had a lot of them), and explained everything clearly to my satisfaction. When it was time for the job to start, the team dug everything out by hand, and worked 9.5 hour days, even on Saturday, to get the job done. There were a few things that I asked them to do that were not in scope for the job, and Mario and his team did them for me without charging extra. They cleaned up everything afterwards, and even came back to regrade the dirt around our house after it had settled. Since then our basement has been leak-free. I would highly recommended them to anyone looking to get their basement waterproofed.

- Make sure you get multiple quotes, as the prices I received really varied from company to company, for the same amount of work. Also, make sure to do your research on interior and exterior basement waterproofing beforehand, as some of these guys will try to sell you on their method of waterproofing the basement, even if it isn't as good as all other research indicates.
