Piettro arrived at our house at the requested time which we really appreciated. He repaired the leak above standard; took pictures. Within a few days as promised Gerard sent us the pics and a full detailed and very honest recommendation. We will definitely keep on file when our roof is really in need of a full replacement.
We also appreciated Gerard's thorough and honest opinion on the phone when I was doing my initial "shopping around".
