Gail and her team were amazing to work with from the beginning. She and her team were professional, friendly, respectful and went above and beyond on numerous occasions. She delivered on-time and on-budget what she said she would. Our project was a main floor and basement gut and reno (included a new full bathroom in the basement and laundry room). On the main floor we removed walls, replaced all the windows, created a new space for sliding back doors, and went down to the floor joists (which her team sistered and leveled as part of the process) prior to re-building. Gail and her team worked seamlessly with our designer and architect and between the three of them, this massive project was essentially stress free - which was huge as our family had some significant personal events we were unexpectedly dealing with throughout the process. Following the reno, when the house began to settle, Gail responded immediately to any questions we had and came back to fix any "deficiencies" that arose (like when my son made a duct tape ball and it ripped off part of the paint!). Each day, her team ensured the site was clean and safe before they left. Our neighbours were also very happy with how Gail and her crew respected their properties as well.

Gail came in to help complete projects that had not been done by another contractor. She was prompt and easy to work with. Would definitely recommend!

WWBS did a great job on my large reno. The crew was professional and knowledgeable. A few issues came up (as they do during reno’s!) and Gail always made it right. I have recommended WWBS a bunch of times since, and will continue to do so! Thanks for making my house a home!

Gail has been amazing for all the various jobs we need help with around my property. She is very easy to deal with, honest and trustworthy, very helpful, we've been so lucky to have found such a great contractor after dealing with soooo many duds in the past. Her work quality has also been great every time, and prices are very reasonalbe. Highly recommended.

They demolished an old rotting deck at the back of my house - they were really fast and efficient, took away all of the detritus, and didn't even squish the plants that were growing right beside it. Great job all around.

Gail and her crew were really great! Super easy to work with, finished everything to my standards and left the place clean each day. I appreciated the help she was able to give me on deciding practical points of the design.

I know that other contractors do it as well, and its about time this shameful action stops.
I contacted Gail the owner, and told her about the job. She came over, was super professional, gave me a quote, agreed to take the job and told me what to buy. And then, while we were emailing back and forth about the starting date, Gail just disappeared. Stopped responding to my messages (there were many) and never actually did the job.
I was very flexible with the time, so even if she had another job I could have waited. Nope, she just dropped me altogether without even telling me that she won't do it. Simply ghosted.
Contractors who ghost like this can also do it when the job is half done. Be ware of her, her professional demeanour might fool you. I strongly reccommand that you hire someone else

It turned out we had a leaky roof that has impacted 2 rooms in our home. Gail came and provided an accurate estimate, was super friendly, and left the house cleaner then when she arrived.

Poor attention to detail. Gaps where there weren't supposed to be, none where there were, nails blown through studs weren't attached to anything, when replacing the downspout, they didn't screw it together, used many shims (about 1/2 inch worth) for support of deck (what happened to measure twice, cut once?), and left deck screws all over the yard.We didn't pay top dollar, and the quality is reflective. They may know the "code", but it didn't look like it was adhered to. Charged for cleanup, but I had to do it (left a pile of bricks, sawdust all over the driveway, deck screws again). Claim to fame is being a judge on a tv show, but not sure about the work, I guess this was the first deck built by the crew.
