I had an issue with my backwater valve installation and Public Plumbing contacted me to rectify the issue and reimbursed me a portion for the issue. I was happy with how they followed up and dealt with the issue.

Back water valve installation

Plumbing review in Toronto

I used Public Plumbing to install a back water valve for me and while they did a good job installing it, I found out after the fact that I had lead pipes. Had they notified me of this while they were performing the installation, I could have had the pipes replaced then and there. Instead, the week after my main water valve broke and I had to get someone in to fix this at a total cost of $2400 plus tax. Public Plumbing could have saved me at least $500. Since then, they have not called me to apologize for their mistake or offer to reimburse me. I will not be using them again or recommending them to people.
