I had an issue with my backwater valve installation and Public Plumbing contacted me to rectify the issue and reimbursed me a portion for the issue. I was happy with how they followed up and dealt with the issue.

I had a front yard full of junk to remove. I booked an appointment the evening before and Junk Works came the next day at the requested time. They called me before, were quick and friendly. I would definitely use them again!
