Mr. Rooter Plumbing of Edmonton

I had a back up in my basement drain. A technician from Mr. Rooter came out and snaked an access drain. A week later I have raw sewage in my shower. So I called Mr. Rooter twice and left my cell phone number. No call. So I called a competitor who quickly resolved the issue. Finally got in touch with the office manager of Mr. Rooter who refuses to accept any responsibility and does not care about customer satisfaction. Not recommended at all.
