I had an appointment between 8-10 am and Kevin was in my house at 8;45 am ! Very surprised . Ms rooter Kevin had everything, nice personality, punctual and a great plumber,very happy with my service

I have never written any review before, but the job of Jeff today encourages me to write this review. My toilet had been clogged for one day. I tried but impossible. I called him, and he came after few hours. He checked and solved the problem just 5 minutes, and charged me nothing.

Bruce visited this morning to carry out a preventative maintenance inspection. I found him to be friendly and professional. He was able to explain his observations and findings in a plain-English manner. I was most impressed by Bruce and will happily recommend him to others.

Due to a full kitchen renovation we called Mr. Rooter on several occasions for plumbing services. Luca was here on three of those occasions and his work was excellent. He clearly explained the work completed, happily answered any questions and always took care to leave our home as clean as when he arrived.

We appreciate the care and pride in workmanship that the Mr. Rooter staff excel at.

On our one year anniversary of isolating we ran into a problem with sewage in the basement.Greg from Mr.Rooter showed up promptly and was understanding of our need to isolate .We stayed upstairs while he analyzed the problem for us on his cellphone from the basement.The problem,solution and cost were all clearly presented.
The next day Greg and Will brought the necessary equipment and solved the problem while clearly communicating details of what was being done.Final cost matched the estimate exactly.A job well done.

Plumber Kevin was very courteous, hard working and professional. After his thorough examination of the problems some recommendations were offered. Assessment of parts, labour and price was agreed upon and the work was completed within a few hours. With the present pandemic situation all sanitary precautions were observed and I did not have to leave my home to shop for the new toilet and kitchen faucet and parts because Kevin took care of that for me. I am very happy with the excellent and efficient service received.

Greg arrived on time and provided an excellent and service from the beginning to the end. I highly recommend this company, and if you and up with Greg, you are in safe hands.

I called Mr. Rooter to have my sump-pump replaced, and the service was exceptional. The front desk was courteous, informed and responsive. The technicians were professional, competent and thorough; taking the time to explain what needed to be fixed, the associated cost, and working diligently until the job was completed. Paul from Mr. Rooter arrived timely and completed the job efficiently, carefully and well (as far as I can see). He took care to clean-up afterwards to leave the area in the same condition as when he arrived. My sink has never drained so well!
