Pro Appliance gave me the feeling that they were on MY side.
First, they arrived when they said they would. Then we talked over the symptoms of the problem, which was a malfunctioning self-clean mode on the oven. Matthew noticed a falling plate on the top of the oven, and screwed it back into place. He explained that the heat from the self-clean operation might have caused a failure in the board. He could have replaced the board then and there, but I was grateful that he was prepared to come back several times, at no extra service cost to me, in order to test each of the lower cost alternatives.
The oven is now working like new again.
This was not the first time I've called Pro Appliance. Each time it's been the same: punctual, friendly, always keeping me informed, and always looking to save me money.
