SO-CLEAN

Matthew and Carlos were on time in spite of it being a cold and rainy Saturday morning. They asked us for questions and concerns, explained the procedure thoroughly and then got on with the job. They were very clean, respectful of our property and efficient. Once done, they showed me a couple of spots they were not able to remove. In spite of that the carpet looked very good. I highly recommend them and will certainly call them for a repeat visit.

These guys were really professional and I would recommend them. They made sure that after the clean up I was satisfied with the service. The pricing was fairly reasonable. You even get a discount when you do two services which is what I did. My carpets felt cleaner and they even changed my filter for me after the air duct cleaning. Thanks guys!

Excellent carpet cleaners! The wall to wall carpets in my entire house, including two sets of stairs, are now clean and fresh, and they even managed to get some old pet stains out! The staff who came to my home (Dalton and Carlos) were polite, thorough, efficient, professional, and very pleasant to work with. The communication with the office staff, Adel and Ruby, was outstanding. This company is highly professional, and provides excellent service for a reasonable price. I was even able to get an estimate online, and I was also able to book an appointment, at a time of my choosing, within a few days of my initial enquiry. I will definitely hire them again when the time comes, and would highly recommend them to others.

I called 416-SO-CLEAN after the last company i used cancelled on me twice. I spoke with Adel and with extremely short notice (2 days prior to a long weekend) they saved the day. I will continue to use their service and refer them to anyone that I know that requires this service.

My experience with 416-SO-CLEAN was excellent from the beginning. When I first called, Adel listened to my concerns about my basement carpet (water damage and pet stains) and talked me through the best and most affordable approach over the phone. He suggested removing the underpad where the water damage had been and replacing it with new underpad which was easy to pick up from Home Depot. The technician Matthew was also great - he was kind enough to lay the underpad I had purchased and our basement carpets look and smell much better. I really appreciated the professional yet personal experience with 416-SO-CLEAN and would use them again in the future.

I highly recommend 416 SO CLEAN, just got my carpets cleaned after my toddler had spit up, dropped food, and soiled our carpet. They were able to get the stains out I was not able to get out myself! After reading the amazing reviews I thought I would give them a try and it was so worth it. I will be using them again in the future. Thanks Daltony for doing an amazing job!

They are very accommodating, efficient, and professional. Daltony called 15 minutes prior to the appointment time to let us know that he was on his way. After he arrived on time, he explained the scope of work, approximate duration of the work, and did a walkthrough after.

I found 416-So-Clean on Homestars and booked my appointment with them based on reviews and their rating. They did not disappoint. Booking was easy! The technician was punctual, professional and friendly. He took me for a walk-through after completing the service, to ensure I was satisfied - he did a great job. Not 5 minutes after he left, I received a call from Ruby to confirm that I was satisfied with their service and that all was ok. In a world where quality and service seem to lack, this company is doing it right. A week later, I received a thank you card from the company with a $10 gift card to donate towards charity - way to go guys - love this! My first, and not last, time using this company! They were fantastic -- arrived promptly, very respectful, took great care to protect my home (the little booties they gave us was a great touch!), finished early and did an absolutely stellar job. Matthew took great care to firstly protect our hardwood floors before
bringing in his equipment, and then did a great job. He breathed new life into our very old carpeting and I'm sure I
couldn't have gotten anywhere near this result with a rental unit. We were so pleased and will use SOCLEAN again.
