Christine and her team were absolutely amazing to work with. In short, they were professional, fun, responsive, flexible and creative. We always felt like they had our back. Our renovation involved an addition to a century-old home, and we left some of the existing character, so we needed help with blending old and new into a cohesive design. Christine and Jan had a major impact from their first visit, where they saw us for just a short time living and working in the existing house, and gently suggested some design changes to the architectural drawings we'd had done previously. This ending up creating a whole office space that we hadn't initially planned for with no change to the footprint. They demonstrated their functional and creative design skill on a macro level in this way, and also their detailed design skills throughout the project on all the many finishes and fixtures they helped select and order. Christine presented ideas, but also listened to ours and quickly got a sense of our preferred style choices, while offering constructive honest feedback. We are back in the house now and love the results. Beyond design, Christine was essential in helping us work with our contractor and trades. It was our first reno, and we quickly learned that it is a chaotic process with the need for clear communication among several parties, all while being organized yet flexible when challenges arose. Christine was vital in bringing this to our project. She somehow walked a line of calm and energy, and was a sounding board whenever we needed it most. She explained the basics, advocated on our behalf and alleviated stress. I can't recommend Take2 Design enough.

Working with David to get our project off the ground has been an exceptional experience. He is skilled in helping clients feel knowledgeable and at ease in a potentially daunting process. I can't imagine we would have proceeded with our addition without his guidance. We had a wish list, but didn't know where to start, and right from the beginning David was able to help us set reasonable parameters around feasibility and timing, as well as provide us with useful contacts and anecdotes. From our very first meeting with David, we could tell that he was a great listener and very quickly able to formulate a clear understanding of our needs. The drawings David produced were creative and professional and reflected exactly what we were hoping for. The drawings have been instrumental in communicating with contractors and other professionals. He also navigated the entire permitting process for us, which proceeded without a hitch. David has a structured yet flexible approach, with very precise communication that leads to a stress-free and efficient process. We would highly recommend his services - especially to anyone feeling overwhelmed at the thought of home renovations. Even though his key role is winding down for our addition, David has assured us that he will continue to be available for the duration of the project, and we look forward to having him as a trusted resource.

My experience with 416-SO-CLEAN was excellent from the beginning. When I first called, Adel listened to my concerns about my basement carpet (water damage and pet stains) and talked me through the best and most affordable approach over the phone. He suggested removing the underpad where the water damage had been and replacing it with new underpad which was easy to pick up from Home Depot. The technician Matthew was also great - he was kind enough to lay the underpad I had purchased and our basement carpets look and smell much better. I really appreciated the professional yet personal experience with 416-SO-CLEAN and would use them again in the future.
