Jacob and his team did a stunning job on our front and backyard. Jacob was very prompt, professional, and was very clear with pricing and expectations. They did an amazing job of pruning our trees, eaves cleaning, and even spent extra time to make our vegetable garden look super neat and tidy and ready for the winter. Thanks to their expertise, our cherry blossom tree is flourishing this spring after 3 years of suffering :)

From giving a realistic estimate to any updates (arrival time, start to finish time, etc), Al and Lisa were great at communicating things every step of the way. The cleaning team arrived on time and did wonders. Although I was a bit concerned about the cost, it was totally worth every penny to see the whole house sparkle. I almost felt like I was on one of those HGTV shows when Mary showed me all the rooms at the end of the day. Thank you LUX!

We've had our entire windows (12+ windows+patio door) replaced by Casa Bella last year. At that time, we were very happy with the results. They do a great job with windows. However, if you are considering getting your doors done as well, please read on. Since we've had such a pleasant experience with our windows, we've decided to return to get our doors done this year. After waiting almost 5 months to get our two doors (average wait time between emails was about a week and had to contact the management to get the installation date), the installation day went far from what we were initially told to expect. We were told that it'd be a half day, easy-breezy job. It ended up taking a whole day with my husband taking 3 trips to Canadian Tire/Home Depot, and having rather agonizing discussions with the installers. In the end, we have received an email of apology from our sales rep (not the management), and a gift card of $50 to compensate for our full day of loss of work and extra expenses that we had to incur due to lack of communication from their part. By the way, if you are wondering why their rating is so high, it's because they send free movie tickets if you give them a high/perfect rating.

Tony and his staff updated our glass fuse box to a breaker panel. We knew the job would be tough (old house) but his staff was really good with it and did a very thorough job.

They are bit on the pricey side but they also do a great job. We've had Amanda and Deena clean our house prior to moving and and the place was almost unrecognisable. The ladies were friendly and absolutely amazing :)

We've had all the windows replaced (brick to brick). Jose, the sales rep, was friendly and thorough throughout the process -- and trust me, I've bugged him till I was sure about every little detail on the contract. We absolutely love the work that was done. Will use them again soon to get our doors replaced!

I've frequently seen the moving truck around the neighbourhood and decided to give them a try. An hour before they were initially supposed to arrive, they called to cancel, saying that their truck had broken down. We've had to arrange things last minute to accommodate this change. On the day they were supposed to arrive for the second time, they showed up 3 hours early and then left after waiting for 30 minutes saying they had other jobs lined up. We were moving out of a condo, so we only have access to the moving elevator at certain times. They were extremely rude and said how we were at fault for not booking the elevator for longer, then made us pay for their waiting time. Once they finally moved things (they had already taken a deposit and refused to give it back, so we stuck with them till the end), they were very rude and not careful with our things as they tossed the boxes around. We've really tried to work with these guys but they really tested our patience and were not apologetic at all.

They are very accommodating, efficient, and professional. Daltony called 15 minutes prior to the appointment time to let us know that he was on his way. After he arrived on time, he explained the scope of work, approximate duration of the work, and did a walkthrough after.

We are really glad that we had our front steps rebuilt by Ron and his crew. Ron takes time to make sure he does things right to the last detail. He also makes sure that you know what you'll get (he even showed our stone samples in different weather conditions so that we'll really know how things will look in the end) and his prices are extremely competitive. You will love the final work - we definitely do :)
