John and his team at Red Robin were able to make our house look the best its ever looked.
John came in to remove a very janky extension done to our house 25 years ago and rebuild the masonry work around our garage doors. Despite some preexisting structural engineering issues that were discovered (which John and his team really tried to sort out for us), the whole process with Red Robin was smooth. Gary, the mason on site every day was awesome along with everybody else who was part of the job. Their quality of work is excellent.

Found Red Robin masonry on Google. They came by and provided a detailed estimate and provided a start date for the job. Let me say that they delivered in the start date and overall their workmanship was thorough. Anna in the front Office kept me informed at all times on the scheduling, something I admired as they made you feel they cared. Their price point was reasonable and I would strongly recommend this Company to anyone looking to do stone masonry work.

Red Robin fixed some crumbling bricks on my foundation and redid the parging. Everything about the project was fantastic: Great communication with the sales/admin team, the mason was friendly and professional, and the job was done quickly and skillfully. I would certainly recommend them for anyone looking for a masonry job.

I saw a branded Red Robin truck a few times on my brother's street and thought of them when pricing a slab for my new backyard shed (12x18, fully permitted). The quoting process with Dave and Anna was painless (another company didn't even send a price even though I bugged them several times), scheduling with Andrew was honest and adhered to, and the work by Paul and his crew was high quality. Paul and his guys showed up when they said they would, kept me informed by phone and text when I could not be on site, worked through some strange details with me as required by City of Toronto and my arborist report, and, most importantly, are just really pleasant gents to work with. I work in high-rise development/construction and deal with trade problems every single day. Red Robin had none. Overall a great experience and I would gladly recommend them without hesitation.

Red Robin Masonry did a great job in rebuilding my chimney. From the beginning of quote estimate, through planning, scheduling and implementation of the project, everything ran smoothly with no surprises and disappointment. They also addressed my worries and concerns on the project promptly. The mason's workmanship is very good. They also cleaned up the surrounding of the chimney after the job has been completed.
