John from Red Robin was prompt and reasonable in providing a quote. The proposal was neither the highest nor lowest, but took a very reasonable view of the project and explained the quote in context of the plan and our objectives. John was willing to come on site to give the estimate and did not attempt high pressure or scare tactics (unlike competitors) and explained every step of the project. Communication with the head office for coordination of date and during the project was strong throughout, thanks to the superb Anna B!
During the job the team was thorough in their work and care for the area. The job was completed on schedule and the team did a thorough clean-up of the ground to remove any debris. They did a great job on colour matching the 90+ year old brick and mortar.
After the job I had one follow up item where a correction was needed due to a communication mistake I made, though this was not the fault of his team, John had them out to execute the repair immediately and without hassle.
Couldn't have asked for more.
