Mastersealer

After about a month of the job being done The edge of my driveway on both sides and the front walkway began turning white (photo'a attached) . Emailed John the owner and he said he would send somebody but they only fixed the front walkway.

After emailing John again (a few times) and letting him know it was not fixed he promised to send someone else and over a month and a half nobody came.

In my last conversation with John he was extremely rude, unprofessional and began speaking to me in a different language saying derogatory things (I taped the call too John). In an email to me he had the nerve to ask me to apologize and he would not send someone until I did and taking no responsibility for what he said to me.

John went on to say he's gone over and above but I must say the work was done very poorly as the Driveway is turning white and certain areas of the interlock he was supposed to fix or not leveled and these areas now collect dirt and water (photo attached). He also went very cheap on the sand (while he sealed it I was filling holes in front of him).

Based on my last conversation with John and his lack of professionalism I have called someone else to repair the damage he has done.

The sad reality is he seems to see no fault of his own and he really had a chip on his shoulders when dealing with me. John, you can ramble on about how I spoke to you in a disrespectful manner but it started with you and I don't tolerate that behavior. Remember I paid you over $2000 to do work on my driveway and you have an obligation which you did not fulfill. Over one month of the work being done it looked terrible.

From the time of first call for estimate to the completion of the job the service was excellent. Always kept in contact with start date and prior to their arrival. Response to questions or concers were answered promptly. I would definetly recommend this company.

I hired Master Sealer to seal my interlock pavers and I must say,that, I was very disappointed how John(Owner)handled himself. This gentleman went postal on me. He started yelling, and used offensive language. Extremely impolite and uncivilized. I would NOT definitely recommend or hire Master Sealer again for that particular reason.This was uncalled for and unacceptable and left me with a distasteful outcome. I hope no one experiences this situation again with this company MasterSealer!

Resealing work on our interlocking has been on-going for several years now, but till today, no contractor has returned to resolve any of our “after-service” problems even though they guaranteed this. This year, we decided to go with the higher quote of Master Sealer based on their reviews.
We were very surprised with their quality of work and especially with their prompt after-service attendance. Our interlocking now looks as good as new.

I hired Master Sealer to clean and get rid of weeds in our interlock driveway. John was able to do the work right away and the driveway looked great. Some of the seal did not adhere to the interlock so I sent John a picture. He came to apply a second coat almost right away. Very satisfied with the work.
