Interlock repair and seal

After about a month of the job being done The edge of my driveway on both sides and the front walkway began turning white (photo'a attached) . Emailed John the owner and he said he would send somebody but they only fixed the front walkway.

After emailing John again (a few times) and letting him know it was not fixed he promised to send someone else and over a month and a half nobody came.

In my last conversation with John he was extremely rude, unprofessional and began speaking to me in a different language saying derogatory things (I taped the call too John). In an email to me he had the nerve to ask me to apologize and he would not send someone until I did and taking no responsibility for what he said to me.

John went on to say he's gone over and above but I must say the work was done very poorly as the Driveway is turning white and certain areas of the interlock he was supposed to fix or not leveled and these areas now collect dirt and water (photo attached). He also went very cheap on the sand (while he sealed it I was filling holes in front of him).

Based on my last conversation with John and his lack of professionalism I have called someone else to repair the damage he has done.

The sad reality is he seems to see no fault of his own and he really had a chip on his shoulders when dealing with me. John, you can ramble on about how I spoke to you in a disrespectful manner but it started with you and I don't tolerate that behavior. Remember I paid you over $2000 to do work on my driveway and you have an obligation which you did not fulfill. Over one month of the work being done it looked terrible.
