Needed a small interlock & curb repair job beside a new fence in the backyard. Other contractors figured it wasn't worth their time but John & his team came through. They were on the job ahead of schedule, completed the work to my specs & charged a fair price. I'll use Mastersealer again & would recommend them unconditionally. Thanx guys. Lou in North York.

My experience was terrible. John the owner is very unprofessional and as soon as I was questioning a few things he tried to skip over he “freaked out”. We let them finish and just paid them to get out. Would never use this guy again.

I made a point of saying I would file a claim with the Better Business Bureau and he just laughed and said he would deny it. John, I have your receipt so if you dare deny it this review is not going away since I do have a receipt. Let’s see how he denies not knowing me or “we never did any work for anyone named Rick”. Be aware my experience with this guy was terrible and workmanship was not what was promised.

It's rare these days to find one of these companies that actually come when the say they will and finish when they say they will. John and his crew were very professional and did an OUTSTANDING job at a very reasonable price. My 7 year old pool deck looks better than new.
John answered all my questions up front and did everything he promised. Highly recommend Master Sealer.

Had to have my patio stones power washed, re-sanded and sealed as they hadn't been done in years and were very dirty and old looking. The Mastersealer crew did an excellent job. Power washing patio stones is messy, but they kept the mess to a minimum. The next day they came back to do the re-sanding and sealing. The job was done very efficiently, and the end result is that my patios and sidewalks, etc. all look brand new. They are approximately 15 years old, and in fact, I can say they look as good as they did when they were first built. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Mastersealer for this type of work. A job well done!

John is a perfectionist, treats his customers with respect and ensures that his customers are 100% satisfied.. He and his crew refinished our interlock driveway, using polymeric sand and did a masonry repair to our interlock steps. We are most satisfied with his work. We consider his prices to be very fair.

Master Sealant is a fantastic company. John came to our home in Brampton and completed the job with his crew. It’s difficult to find companies that will repair existing interlock and John did not hesitate. Some needed to be levelled and new brick needed to be added. All existing grout was removed and replaced. The interlock work once completed by John and his crew looks outstanding. It actually looks better than when we first had it done 6 years ago. We are sticklers for perfection but the work John does is worth every penny spent. I would highly recommend Master Sealer to anyone. I plan to use them again in the future when needed. Again fantastic work and results. Thanks John and team.

Based on reviews, contacted Master Sealer and they were very responsive. John came out to measure the area that required power washing and polymeric sand and emailed a quote very quickly. Two of his team came out over 2 days to clean/sand our stonework and it looks as good as new! The team did a great job, the company was responsive to my email/calls - will certainly use them again and happy to refer to others. It's nice using a company within our area!

John and team were very professional. John visited my place and sent a detailed quote with various options. The job was time sensitive as I wanted the work done before opening the pool. We agreed on the services and timing. The time commitment was met in spite of a very rainy April and the work was done professionally. I am very pleased with the outcome. After paying for the work there were minor follow up items which John addressed without me having to follow up. I would recommend Master Sealer.

In May another company I used ruined my driveway and took off with the money I paid them (they made me pay upfront- my mistake). Although I was scared to try another company because of this experience Master Sealer corrected the mess that was previously made by the other company and made it look new. Complete driveway facelift! I will be selling my property in the Fall and I am confident my house has outstanding curb appeal!
