After getting few quotes from other companies, we decided to hire Royal Basements, main reasons they were within our budget and Rene & Team were professional and Nice people to Begin with and 100% payment at completion of the project!!!. they asked for 10 business days, but completed the project in 7 business days (One major point I have to mention is the DESIGN/SKETCH Rene did was SUPER GOOD, the one we suggested was odd, Thank god RENE has some good sense) ,after completion of project even the minor details were fixed. we supplied all the materials in advance, I was away most of the time to work (my wife & 2 year old kid were at home), they just did their work fast & efficient, safe people and can trust, We now have a new Bathroom in the main floor (standing shower, vanity and Toilet) I will post the pictures later, I will definitely hire again (if required) and or recommend Royal Basements (RENE TEAM) to anyone.
