We had to get our old galvanized water line replaced in order to accommodate the city's water meter. Vlad promptly came over to provide a quote, took a look at some other things, suggested that we also look at replacing our old mushroom cap drain. His crew was terrific - they worked quickly, really tidied up the work site, esp since it was a two day job, and they were really very prompt and friendly. Great job - very helpful and responsive. HIghly recommended.

someone flushed some inappropriate items down our drain and it clogged the whole house .... Vlad said he would be there in 30 minutes and arrived like he said .... cut the pipe and took out the clogging items with his electric snake .... replaced the pipe and joints .... all done quickly

We had a bad experience with a plumber we found on this site, but decided to give it another try and called Vlad at Mister Plumber. Igor came out within 3 hours and installed a Delta faucet we purchased ourselves ($218). Total charge from Mister Plumber:$170. The first plumber quoted $320 for the same job (not including a faucet) after having charged us $513 for the original, sub-standard job. It pays to get multiple quotes before committing to any one company.

My 12 year old Moen Shower handle came off into my hand and the water was still on a bit. I called Mr. Plumber because when I Google them they had a 25/30 rating (the highest I saw). They responded quickly, came within 2 hours and fixed the problem immediately, had the parts in stock on the truck, didn't charge me for the part as it is covered under the manufacturer's warranty (they told me this and they could have easily charged me for it). The whole transaction was honest, professional and stess free. I would highly recommend them.

My faucet broke on a Saturday afternoon, Vlad arrived several hours later and recommended I pick up new parts from Moen on Monday, as there was a lifetime warranty. He came back to install the parts on Monday afternoon. The repair was done quickly and efficiently!

Discovering a wet carpet in our basement led us to a Google search and Vlad from Mr. Plumber. He saved the day and saved us countless dollars when his investigation revealed a rather simple problem and solution in our basement and outside wall. The water shut-off valve, after 25 years, had a worn out washer - when this was replaced, the leak stopped and no more wet carpeting. Vlad also replaced our outside hose bib which was rattling from wear. His suggestions for future parts and explanation of the problems, along with his courteous manner and sunny disposition won him bonus points in our book. We will definitely recommend him.

I originally had another plumber booked to do this job but he bailed 10 minutes before our appointment. I then found Vlad at Mister Plumber on Google. He was super helpful. Not only did he arrive at my house within the hour he had the toilet fixed within 15 minutes. He was very friendly and courteous and took the time to explain the problem and fix to me.

We received a very well priced quote from Vlad for the installation of a drainage system and new water lines for our house that previously had no capacity for both a washer and wash basin and the installation of a garden tap outside. Vlad was very professional, clear and overall helpful in understanding the produce and service. His price was fair. Igor came and did the work and was great! I asked for "urgent" service to repair a badly leaking hot-water faucet. I also asked for advice on repairing/replacing 2 old toilets and a kitchen faucet. Vlad replied quickly to my "cries for help" and came by within a couple of hours. He fixed the leaking faucet and gave his advice on the toilets and kitchen faucet. Thank you, Vlad!

Wonderful service with a very fair price. We have had a pipe in our garage burst more than once and Mister Plumber was the only repair service who said that it was probably going to keep happening unless we found another solution. Fixing it would have been a higher bill but they suggested we just remove it and use the original tap with a longer hose. Um, why hadn't we thought of that? A service person recommending the cheaper choice? Now THAT'S integrity. Will definitely call them again when we do bathroom renos later this summer. I really appreciated the time they took to really explain all the options and educate us.
