Vlad and his crew have performed an outstanding job.
They were prompt, explained overall process and timing for the completion of the project.
Also they spent their valuable time to educate me on the water/sewage lines (how they work and how to prevent future problems).
I would strongly recommend him and his crew to anyone who lives in Toronto/Etobicoke/Mississauga area.

Having had ridiculous quotes and no-shows from other plumbers, we found Igor was polite, thoughtful and genuinely interested in providing us with the best solution to our problem at a fair price. He gave us a written quote on the spot, arrived on time, worked diligently and with minimal disruption to our household. A real professional with old-fashioned work ethics.

We had to replace the galvanized main line because of the new City of Toronto smart water metre program. After receiving quotes from three plumbers, we decided to go with Mister Plumber because Vlad was prompt, courteous, and offered the best price. The job involved breaking concrete in our basement and torpedo drilling out to the city stop valve on our driveway. Vlad's crew arrived on time, and did the job quickly, making sure to tidy up in the basement when they finished. We would use Mister Plumber again as well as recommend them to family/friends.

As a precaution we had a sewer backwater value (installed outside) and sump pump with back up battery installed inside. Mister Plumber was competitive price wise, they were very professional: knowledgeable, reliable, prompt, always available by phone, made the process of permits, work, city inspection and clean up seamless. I would highly recommend them. Igor Nykyforuk and Vlad Bartkov and their employees were all great. (note price is net of city grants)

I had to replace the water service pipes in my house. I call three companies and Vlad was the only one who called me back. He came to my house that night and was very informative and helpful .I decided at that point to also ask him about waterproofing. He agreed to look at the basement and then the outside of the house and informed me the problem was my neighbour's roof and eaves. I was impressed that he wasn't trying to make me pay for a job that might not be necessary. I hired him to do the service pipes and we agreed one of his teams would be over two days later. They were punctual, hardworking, very polite and friendly and the job was done in just a few hours. Now a month later my neighour has replaced her roof and eaves and that section of the basement is dry. Sadly, other parts of the basement are not so dry. I will be having Vlad and his team return to deal with the waterproofing.

Vlad was a consummate professional and a pleasure to deal with. He and his team were prompt and courteous, and the service he provided was exactly as described - there were no nasty surprises or complications. He even went the extra mile to go to the city water department to pick up the new water meter for me, as I didn't have time to. I'd highly recommend Mister Plumber!

We placed a call to Mr. Plumber around 4:30 pm. Vlad, the owner, called back half an hour or so later. He listened to the problem, gave me a rough estimate, and promised they would get in touch to arrange an appointment. They actually did... and Igor showed up (friendly, smart, competent) and proceeded to assess the situation, and take apart various wet & tired mechanisms to see what was needed – then drove to the store and returned with the required parts, shut off the water, and got to work. It is now 7:30pm (the same day), and everything is fixed. Plus, I know I can call for help when I need it, and trust that it will be fast and dependable. Finally, please note that I was charged $100 less than the original estimate on the phone.

I had to replace my old rusty galvanized pipe as part of the City of Toronto water meter program. After searching on Homestars and the BBB websites I ended up calling Mister Plumber. Company owner Vlad called back right away and dropped by the house within an hour. The next day I called to confirm the job and Vlad's crew came a few days later, exactly when he said they would and right on time. They actually arrived early and worked right through without breaks completing the job much earlier than I thought they would. Once finished they cleaned up the work site, including replacing the plants they had removed to dig down to the pipe, and it was hard to tell they had even been there. Overall an excellent job. I plan on using Mister Plumber for future work and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to family, friends and colleagues. In fact, I already have.

A friend of mine recommended Mister Plumber as Toronto licensed contractor to install backwater valve and sump pump after heavy rain in July. I checked what other people in Etobicoke say about Mister Plumber and decided to choose this company. Installation was done professionally, inspection passed.
