Mister Plumber

I had a few plumbing jobs to be done -- replace a toilet, fix a burst pipe going out to our outdoor hose and replace our main shut off valve.

Andrzej and his son Alex arrived on time, were very courteous -- they took care to put on indoor booties and left their work areas spotless-- and explained all the work to be done before starting.

I would highly recommend them.

Called 5 places for quotes, Mister Plumber was not the cheaptest, but I decided to go with them due to the positive reviews, and Vlad seems like a solid person. Cheapest was $ 1850, and highest was $ 2500. Vlad charged me $ 1900. Sasha came in and did everything including city inspection and cleanup, in just 5 hours. Excellent job, well done and highly recommended !!!

We are renovating our kitchen to sell and our gen contractor connected the new sink for us. Unfortunately, it leaked. So I called Mr. Plumber and asked for an estimate. Alex called me back the same day and was able to fix our issues that afternoon for just the price of the consultation! I have learned my lesson, plumbers for plumbing, NOT gen contractors. :) Thank you!

Andrew and Alex were just here to clear a severly clogged drain that caused us some issues last evening. We have had them out to the house before and they are always very professional, thorough and very clean. They are always very informative as well, letting us know the best ways to prevent these kinds of issues in the future. I need to re-run a water line to the backyard and changing a couple of shut off valves. It is complicated because the basement was finished. Igor did it in about 4 hours. I am glad to hire him again since he had done another job with me before. I am highly recommend Igor and Mister Plumber.

Today was the fifth time over the last decade that I have called Mister Plumber about a plumbing issue. A plumber arrived at my door with the hour. Andrew and Alex unclogged my kitchen sink drain in no time with their super powered snake. As well, they were personable and nice to talk to. They also gave me useful suggestions for avoiding my problem in the future. I found the price to be reasonable. I am so grateful to have this reliable company to call about my plumbing issues.

Last fall, we had shut off the water valve to the outside for the winter. When my husband tried to turn it back on this spring, there was water everywhere, the pipe had burst beyond the shutoff valve. Being new to Toronto, we had no local plumbers so found Mister Plumber on HomeStars. I called them in the morning and as promised, one hour later, Vlad showed up. He was very polite, explained what he was going to do to fix the problem. He worked nearly three hours because the shutoff valve inside the house, the pipes leading to the garden and the shutoff valve outside were all awkwardly placed and hard to get at. I was sure he'd have to cut into the wall to improve access but he did his best and avoided the mess that would have made. He did a very neat job, cleaned up after himself and even connected my garden hose!
We are so happy with the work done, from now on it will be Mister Plumber for all our plumbing needs! Thanks!

Andrew is very busy & we did have to wait a few days for service but he & his son arrived promptly on the date of repair. They were courteous & did an excellent job replacing a laundry room faucet that was leaking. My mom had originally called another plumber who wrongly suggested that the sink was leaking & needed to be replaced. She was relieved when Andrew confirmed that the leak was in the faucet & that the sink was fine. He & his son answered all of our questions & offered some helpful suggestions . I would definitely recommend Mister Plumber & will use them in the future.

Got three estimates to replace water pipes to house. Mister Plumber came in far and away the least expensive. They were prompt, organized and quick. Very happy with this service.
