A pipe burst behind dishwasher. Plumber responded quickly arrived that afternoon. Insisted he understood problem in spite of the added info I gave him. He banged the dishwasher about removing it to discovered my info was correct. The repair took all of five minutes but cost more than twice that of similar jobs we've had done. I respect what 15 years of experience as a plumber means but - respecting the information from someone who has 36 years of experience with an old home is also important. He advised us to use a fan to dry out the area before I reinstalled the dishwasher. A good call.

Estimate sent with highlighted photos of repair areas being quoted. Work done ahead of schedule. Great crew. Good natured about my dog eating part of a crew member's lunch :)

Got three estimates to replace water pipes to house. Mister Plumber came in far and away the least expensive. They were prompt, organized and quick. Very happy with this service.

Called to have eavestrough replaced to stop leak into window frame. Chris gave me a fair quote and started the job. He found that there was no problem with the trough and traced the leak. After revising the quote he returned to complete the job and solve the problem that has been bothering us for months. Fast, friendly, fair and thorough.

Found a leak that was going to ruin a bedroom. I called Al's Roofing and had a quote in my hand the next day. I accepted the estimate and the job was completed two days later. Nothing was left behind to say the crew had been here except a great looking roof. However the next day I noticed some debris on our neighbour's roof. Called Al's and it was promptly cleaned up.
