Starting from quoting, I could see Professional Roofers people are very dedicated to their business. They don't necessarily say yes on everything to me, instead, they gave me their professional comments which I can compare with their competitors.
I found their price is competitive and the job well done. During the installation, the weather changed and a thunderstorm passed by quickly. Thier installation people quicky put up the plastic sheets to cover the unfinished portions. They were all wet and soaked but this showed their professionism. After the job is done and before I paid, their manager came to show me everything including taking pictures on the roof which I am not willing to go up. Overall, I am satified with the money which I had spent. By the way, they went a step further helping to repair a few shingles of my neighbour's house.
