An assisted review is collected by a contractor on behalf of the homeowner after their work is completed. The homeowner must confirm the text of the review and may make any changes she or he deems appropriate. The homeowner then assigns the contractor a review score out of 10. Assisted reviews receive the same scrutiny as other reviews and must follow our review guidelines.
A raccoon had pulled shingles off of my roof and ripped a hole in the plywood underneath. The roof was also a bit worse for the wear from age and weathering. I contacted Professional Roofers to replace the shingles and eavestroughs and Patrick got back to me promptly. Throughout the process, Patrick was helpful and answered all of my questions. He helped everything go smoothly and did a good job on the follow-up.
The crew were friendly and professional. They completed the job on schedule (despite some rain) and they did a good job of clean up after they were done.
The new roof and eavestrough look very smart and modern. I'm very happy with the job that Professional Roofers did. They definitely live up to their name.
