Boss Leather

Boss Leather is great! Ralph was extremely helpful and patient with us, as we were debating quite a bit on the arm style, cushions, stitching, etc. He explained very thoroughly all the options available, and helped us pick a leather that is just the right blend of rustic yet warm and soft! They were delivered as promised, wrapped and well protected and Ralph's son and friend who delivered them were careful and courteous. They placed them right where we wanted them in the house and took away all of the wrapping material. Thanks again Ralph, I wish I could do business with people like you all the time!

We just took delivery of our Couch and Love Seat and we have to say , we are so impressed with the workmanship and quality, we have shopped around for the longest time but could not find the designs and quality we found at Boss Leather , Since taking delivery we have had numerous compliments on our furniture set . Special thanks to Ralph for spending time with us as well as his son for delivering and helping set everything up and make sure we were satisfied.

The selection and customization at Boss Leather is awesome! We have a long narrow room were we wanted a sectional and a recliner to fill the space. Ralph and his son Rob helped us find the right style and sizes to fit the room and make it work in our space. We are more then happy with the furniture and the exceptional service provided by Boss Leather. We will be recommending them to everyone.

We recently purchased two custom sofa's from Boss Leather and couldnt be happier with them! We had a large space to fill so "off the rack" sofa's just wouldnt cut it. We brought our design ideas to Ralph and he walked us through the entire process. We sat on a variety of sofa's in the store and got a feel for our perfect seat height and depth as well as cushion, leather, and stitching preferences. Ralph is extremely knowledgeable; he explained how the sofa's would be constructed and why their way is the best. And you cant beat his prices, truly "custom leather without the custom prices"! The delivery guys arrived exactly when they said they would and were very courteous. We have already recommended Boss Leather to our family and friends and would definitely purchased from Ralph in the future.

My husband and I ordered some furniture from the Bolton store and were pleased with the "made in Canada" quality and the knowledgeable help from Ralph Ricciardi. The furniture was ready when promised, and the delivery men were extremely courteous and careful. I would highly recommend this company!

Not only did we get exceptional leather furniture for our living room but we also benefited from Ralph's experience in interior design. He was able to do this from the cell phone video and pictures that he viewed along with the hardwood floor sample that we brought to the store. Ralph was more than willing to come to our home if requested. He took us step by step in building the custom leather sectional and chairs. His colour choices were outstanding! We found him to be trustworthy and dedicated in his efforts to make us confident with our purchase.

Delivery was on time as promised. His son Rob and assistant carefully unwrapped and placed the furniture in the living room where we requested. They even took the time to remove the gliders from the bottom of the wooden legs and replace them with the felt padding we had supplied. Obviously Ralph has passed on his customer service skills to his son!

We wanted to purchase the Pergola we saw in an ad for Boss Leather. Ralph not only held the pergola until our architect could come to see it to ensure it would fit, but made a special delivery late in the evening to ensure it got to our location when he said it would.

A very refreshing approach for a business owner to produce what he said he would. We will be going back for his wonderful leather furniture too!
