I purchased a Ranchero sofa for my mom after she downsized following my dad's passing. The staff were incredibly patient, taking the time to explain everything to her and showing her the best leather options for comfort during long hours of watching her favorite shows. I'm really pleased with the service, and it makes me happy to see her so content!
