Fabulous company to deal with! Mat showed up on time, was extremely friendly and knowledgeable and he did a great job. Their prices are reasonable and I would highly recommend this company to anyone.

Although I live in Maple I asked Steve to come to my house to do my annual furnace, fireplace and HRV maintenance because of the impression he made when he came to a Whitby house for me to quote on replacing an electrical heating system with Gas. Matt did an excellent job and took the time to explain to me how I could ensure my heat generating equipment operated most efficiently. They are competitive, professional and thorough. When I need a new furnace, AC or fireplace I will call them.

Replaced with Goodman AC GSX16 and Furnace GMVC95 this week. Decided on Goodman because quick access to parts, and Brown's because of 10 year labour/parts warranty, and good Homestars reviews with A+ rating on the Better Business Bureau. Installed professionally by veteran Larry and Ryan, and owner Steve came by to help over the 1.5 day install. Very hardworking from 11am to 8pm, then next day 9:30am to noon due to unexpected discoveries - previous AC had under-amperaged wiring, and had to be replaced without extra cost. Steve is incredibly knowledgeable! Very impressed by quality, professionalism, quick follow up for more filters, and AC cover, what was delivered was what was quoted by sales Steve Boulton! Would highly recommend Brown's.

For those in need of an honest, hard working, price sensitive Heating and Cooling company then call Browns. They fixed us up with a new Goodman Dual-stage Furnace and High Efficient Air-Conditioner with 10 year parts/labour along with new filter system and thermostat $1000 cheaper then the big box stores tried to sell us inferior quality equipment. Their sales man, Mr. Boulton was a breath of fresh air. unlike his competition he didn't down talk the other companies, nor did he try to pressure us to make a decision on the spot, over and over again. He spent his time trying to set us up with what best suited our situation. I felt so comfortable with him that even though I was determined not to, I signed with Browns before he walked out the door. I am glad I did because the installation group was just as good and as respectful as Mr. Boulton. Everything was done within the day and not a piece of dirt left on the ground. My extended family has had many problems with other heating companies so I lucked out finally hitting on a good old fashioned hard working crew. Steve even came by a week later to check to make sure everything was done that we agreed upon and according to contract. A definite 10/10. Call Browns.

Browns did an all around fantastic job for me. I had Steve Boulton as my sales agent and he was excellent in helping me decide which ac was right for my situation. I had other quotes, but the representatives that came out to my house from the other companies were far less patient, with less knowledge and less information then Steve was able to show. I feel that he directed me in the absolute right direction and I also felt like I could trust in him 100%. Two Browns installers arrived on time and worked away until they were done. I was pleased to see that they do their own work rather then sub-contract the work out to a cheap bidder like many companies. The guys did quick, precise, clean work and left zero garbage behind. The day after the job was done Steve returned to make sure I was completely happy. He even brought with him a thank-you bottle of wine. Unbelievable quality work done by this company. Dealing with Browns for the purchase and installation of my new Central Air-Conditioner for our rental property in Oshawa was an unexpected treat. Just an all around great experience from the get go. If you are in need of a furnace and or air-conditioner I recommend that you deal specifically with Steve Boulton, which is the companies sales manager. The other well known companies either came off as pushy or like slimy used car-salesmen. Steve took the time to provide me with 5 different options along with his recommendation that was best to fit my needs and expectations. Even though the price was a few hundred higher then the rest, he made me see the value in doing business with his company. He was more of a friend to me rather than just some sales guy trying to make his next buck! He patiently, with no pressure, led me in the right direction based on what I told him was my specific situation. When it came time for installation the crew arrived on time as Steve promised and they did one hell of a great job. Once again as promised. I would expect a bit of dirt left behind but instead these guys left no signs that they were there . One of the installers took his time to go through the installation with me and to top it off, I did not have to put one penny down to have this all done. Browns has a great Rental Program that far surpasses the ones presented to me from other well known companies. To sum things up, you should feel very comfortable using Browns when it comes time for you to give your home an upgrade. After hearing nothing but horror stories from friends and family in regards to their experiences with local heating and cooling companies I feel blessed to have come across Browns Home Heating. They have changed my perception of contractors. My hat comes off to them. Top Marks, surely. I will be recommending them to all.

Brown's is the truly best! They're professional, on-time, and honest. DO NOT HESITATE to purchase or have them do any work. We purchased a new furnace from Brown's and they installed it the next day. Brown's is definitely a do-over for any of our future work.

This is not the first time I have used Brown's Home Heating & A/C. They were prompt, explained things to me from the beginning and throughout the process. Fixed the problem + a little much overdue maintenance was pointed out to me... done. Clean & tidy, friendly. I really enjoyed working with them.

They showed up on time and did great installation. I was very happy with the work, and the furnace and ac has been working great. Thanks Steve for helping me out when my furnace had a red tag put on it.
