Browns did an all around fantastic job for me. I had Steve Boulton as my sales agent and he was excellent in helping me decide which ac was right for my situation. I had other quotes, but the representatives that came out to my house from the other companies were far less patient, with less knowledge and less information then Steve was able to show. I feel that he directed me in the absolute right direction and I also felt like I could trust in him 100%. Two Browns installers arrived on time and worked away until they were done. I was pleased to see that they do their own work rather then sub-contract the work out to a cheap bidder like many companies. The guys did quick, precise, clean work and left zero garbage behind. The day after the job was done Steve returned to make sure I was completely happy. He even brought with him a thank-you bottle of wine. Unbelievable quality work done by this company. I have NO problem recommending them to all. Thanks Browns.
