MD Doors

The MD Doors team completed another great installation, for our fibreglass entry door. Sten and team worked really fast, removed the old door and installed the new one in few hours. They fit the new door perfectly into the opening, insulated, added the trim, and cleaned up the site to a tee.
Kudos for the excellent and professionally done job!

I was referred to MD Doors and I went to their showroom and I was impressed with what I saw. I decided to hire the company to replace my entrance doors. Since it was done I have gotten a lot of compliments. My friend told me that I have a million dollar home. Uv windows where installed by MD doors . After 3 years the window film went muddy and I called Dave the owner who promised they would be repaired. After manyphone calls and one visit to confirm that the windows were faulty he promised to replace the windows,
five years later we replaced the windows at a cost of $3000.00 and no rebate from this company.
Dave is a dishonest businessman who makes promises that he never delivers.
I would never recommend this company to my friends or neighbor's .
Stay away from this company !

Extremely happy with the front entrance door. Steve was amazing to work with and very patient as we had chosen to create our own design with iron, although they had an amazing selection of entry doors and glass; he worked with our design and was was very detailed oriented to ensure it was exactly what we wanted. The result was amazing and we would highly recommend Steve and his team (installers were very professional). I would rate the workmanship and install a 20 out of 10 !! What a beautiful front entry door !

We purchased a front door from Steve at MD Doors, Steve was very knowledgeable and he took the time to explain the differences between a Steel doors and Fiberglass doors. We choose to go with the fiberglass door as it provided a very rich wood classic look. Steve recommend a few hardware options and then let us know the price and we were sold. This week, two installers arrive to install the door. Stan and his helper were very neat and meticulous answering all my questions, it took just over 4 hours to install the door and side lite. Not only did they do a good job installing the door they did a good job cleaning up after. Everyone that see the door loves it and more importantly my wife loves it. If you are looking for a front door talk to Steve at MD Doors, you will not be disappointed.

We went to Steve in order to replace a 32 year old front door. On our first visit he showed us all of the possibilities and their costs. I priced similar doors elsewhere and there were more expensive. On our second visit we chose a style, colour and hardware. His pricing was very fair and he was very easy to deal with. We were worried how the new door would work , replacing the old installation. The installer, Stan came out explained the whole process and told us of the potential problems and how they would be solved. The installation went without a hiccup and Stan was terrific. Dealing with this company was a pleasure. We love our new front door!

I had a door installed 10 years ago. The door itself is still in tip top shape! Beautiful! I had a bit of an issue with a bit of light coming in from the bottom resulting in a touch of frost settling. I called to talk to Steve for some advice and they were at more door same day. Some changes were made and all free of charge! After ten years?! Now that's is amazing customer service! The owners stand behind their work because quality and customer service is priority! Thank you again md doors!!

Approximately 4 years ago we purchased the doors ever since then it has been a nightmare, the first year we had ice build up in the insert and we called them in January and it took them until September to come and see the problem. After that they said they would come out to replace the insert it took them another year until they came after i did many follow up calls, we also had a major gap at the bottom of the door where they had to replace the weather striping and it now doesn't match my door colour... also they finally came out and replaced the insert after many months of complaints the locks that they provided were very bad and not secure at all. After they finally replaced the insert after 3 years of complaining, they leave me with no screw caps, a damaged door, and no touch up paint (you can see in pictures) and they told me to hire a painter from the damage that they caused. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone, they are very unprofessional and i now need a new door.....

MD Doors did a fantastic job in designing and installing our front door. Steve has a great sense of style, colour and design. From start to finish, the process has been flawless. Thanks to Steve and Dave, we got the door that we dreamed of and it compliments the rest of the house perfectly.
