Had numerous people provide me a quote to replace our furnace and A/C unit. Richard came in and gave me a high degree confidence and was also very cost competitive for the Lennox products they sold.
The installation ultimatley went very smoothly and was completed as scheduled. Richard spent a lot of time educating me on everything and all the key features of the thermostat.
For post install support, Richard has also been great. Following up to check in. They've also been very quick to respond when the thermostat sent out a service message after having a bit of trouble firing up for the first time in the fall.
