Swat Wildlife and Insulation

SWAT Wildlife is amazing!!! I had been hearing noises at night, and assumed a raccoon had made itself at home. I called SWAT and the receptionist on the phone was super polite and helpful when it came to explaining the service process and the different things that could come up that were extra. She informed us of the availability (that was quite quick!) and we booked an appointment. The technicians that arrived, Brian and Eden were awesome! They both got up on the roof and inspected as well as went in the attic! After everything, they installed a one way door and the first night the raccoon was out! No babies thank goodness, and as promised they came back to remove the door and fix the entry point and put screen to protect it. All in all a wonderful experience dealing with this company!

The Swatlife representative arrived exactly on time and quickly assessed the situation (racoons in chimney sealed at the bottom). He installed the one-way door and sealed roof vents as a precaution, all within 30 minutes. Great service and my rep was a pleasure to deal with.

Good service, fast a reliable and effective. The intake person could take a class in customer service and how to treat future clients for repeat service. They should really understand how they sound on the phone.

Derek was very knowledgeable and worked efficiently to remove a third-storey squirrel's nest and place a protective mesh to prevent recurrence. Clean up was excellent. I would definitely recommend SWAT.

I used SWAT Wildlife to do some follow-up in regards to a squirrel issue in my roof. Derek was very friendly, professional, helpful and resolved the issue as will as did some extra work to clean out a downspout while he was up on the roof. SWAT were upfront about the costs and I appreciated the honesty and not doing more than required.

He went into the attic where a racoon had been. It was not there when he came and he installed a one-way door.

Raccoons living in my attic. Based on age of babies the best approach was suggested and implemented to have them safely out, using 1 way doors for mom and babies. Very knowledgeable. Secured areas that raccoons would potentially get in. Thanks for the great work!

When I called the company they sent Brian the technician right away. He did a thorough and great work. He was sensitive and kind when he removed 2 birds nests from vents . I highly recommend swat wildlife.
