About 6 years ago I had a problem with raccoons living under my deck and they put wire mesh around the main access with a one-way trap door. They removed it a couple of weeks later and I had no problems until I had some minor renovations done that disturbed the mesh. The raccoons got back in so SWAT returned (I emailed on a Sunday morning and they called that afternoon!) and the next day repaired the mesh and added a new trap door. A couple of weeks later, just before they came to remove the trap door, I noticed a critter or critters had excavated a few fresh holes under the skirt of my deck and were getting access that way. They recommended installing the mesh into the ground around the deck, attached to the skirt. They did it the next day. Took them about 3 hours and they minimized the impact on my lawn and the results look good. Not only that, but another area that was not part of the original quote was protected at no additional cost and parts of the original meshing were spruced up and reattached. These folks care about their work and are quite professional and responsive. I highly recommend SWAT to anyone who is having similar critter (in my case raccoons and skunks) issues.
