Removal of Raccoons and new vents
Derrick came and saved the day! Family of raccoons living in our chimney. Derrick came on time (even called 20 minutes before to give me a heads up that he was on his way), quickly identified the problem, and had the raccoons out quickly (removing one baby that could not climb out by using a hand grip.) Baby was placed nicely in backyard to wait for Mom to come get him! 4 new steel vents to make sure no more visitors! Service was extremely professional, Derrick was friendly, quick, and kind to the animals. I felt like we were in excellent hands. 1 year guarantee on work done. HIRE THEM!
